Underground Food Collective is proud to announce this year's first of a set of pig-inspired dinners. On Friday, November 14, we will have only one seating, at 7:30pm (50 usd). We will be hosting the dinners at the Madison at the Goodman Community Center. We expect this first dinner to fill up fast, so contact us soon if you are interested in a seat.
The dinners this year feature four red waddles that were raised at Henry Morren's Farm in Orfordville, Wi. They were raised on pasture and finished under sumac and apple trees. Henry raised two of these last year and we were so happy with the meat that we decided to raise four red waddles this year.
