:: "Trout Caviar" :: Brett Laidlaw visits UFC businesses
We are excited to announce two back-to-back events next Tuesday that will highlight the brilliant work of Brett Laidlaw. Brett is the author of "Trout Caviar," a cookbook that shares tips and recipes for finding/cooking northern climate resources.
3-4:30pm @ Underground Butcher :: book signing and sampling of recipes
5-7pm @ Forequarter :: book signing moves to the restaurant and UFC cooks incorporate some of Brett's tips into Forequarter's menu (until they are sold out).
