Kitchen Table - Monday March 21st
For our fourth Kitchen Table dinner we are going to be serving chicken fried rabbit po boys. The meal will have 5 courses and be served family style. Seats for these dinners can be reserved by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling the restaurant at 608.514.1516. Cost is $25. The menu is as follows.
Corn Bread :: served with clover honey and ufc whipped butter.
Andouille :: fried sausage, with zucchini bread and butter pickles, relish rémoulade
Salad :: Marinated red beans, baby chard greens, trinity brown rice, and Louisiana vinaigrette
Po Boys :: fried rabbit loins, greens, pickles, and mayonnaise, batch bakehouse bread
Braised Greens :: pork hocks, stock, and tasso ham
