Kitchen Table Monday March 14th
For our second Kitchen Table dinner we are going to be serving a suckling pig porchetta. The meal will have 5 courses and be served family style. Seats for these dinners will be reserved by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling the restaurant at 608.514.1516. Cost is $25. The menu is as follows.
Antipasto:: selection of our house cured meats, cheeses and vegetable terrines and pates.
Pasta:: whole wheat tagliatelle noodles (made in house) with smoked mushrooms and goat bacon.
Salad:: Bibb lettuce served with black eyed peas, radishes and a pesto vinaigrette dressing.
Suckling Pig Porchetta:: Seasoned with ginger, lemon, and stuffed with our house made sausage. Served with a side of butter poached potatoes.
Green salad:: an after dinner salad to help digest.
