Fowl Dinner at Underground Kitchen

Underground Food Collective will be hosting a dinner focused on fowl (ducks, geese, squab, chicken, turkey and pheasant) along with the under-appreciated bounty of the winter. We are working closely with some of our favorite producers who have raised birds for us on pasture. The meal will include 7 courses served family-style and will include a pre-dinner cocktail at a cost of 50 dollars. We will be doing one seating at 6:30pm.
